At Freckled Poppy, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including any required return documentation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use on your next fabulous find.
